Do I need an account?⌄
Not for the core extension or club lounge details. Alerts require a HotelXray account using your email address so we can save what to monitor and send notifications. HotelXray never asks for your Hyatt login or World of Hyatt credentials.
How do alerts work?⌄
Set an alert from a hotel result or calendar date, choose your stay and conditions, and HotelXray emails you when it finds a matching cash rate or award. Every alert includes an alert check log showing when each check ran, the cash rate and total points found, and which results matched. Free includes five exact-date, standard-room alerts checked every 6 hours or sooner; Pro adds higher limits and advanced targeting.
Where does the club lounge information come from?⌄
HotelXray researches each published lounge and summarizes its location, hours, food and drink offerings, and important caveats. Lounge service changes, so always confirm details with the hotel before your stay.
How fresh is the data?⌄
The side panel pulls current rate and availability data from Hyatt as you browse, and you can refresh any hotel or date on demand for free. Alerts are monitored separately every 6 hours or sooner on Free and every 2 hours or sooner on Pro.
